Finca Levante is a private finca in El Cuartón, Tarifa, owned by David André and Tess Nooijen. We handle your data with care and collect no more than we need. This policy explains what we process when you contact us or request a stay.
What we collect
When you fill in the request form, we process the details you provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Preferred arrival and departure dates and number of guests
- Any message or question
We also measure anonymous website statistics (see "Statistics and cookies").
What we use it for
We use this data solely to handle your request and to get in touch with you about a possible stay. We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent and on responding to your request. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.
Where your data is stored
We rely on a few trusted processors to run the site:
- Google Firebase (Firestore): to store and manage your request.
- Resend: to send us an email notification of your request.
- Google Analytics: for anonymous visitor statistics.
These parties may process data outside the EU, under appropriate safeguards.
Statistics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. This sets cookies and collects anonymised data (such as pages visited and approximate location). We do not use it to identify you personally. You can refuse cookies through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your request data for as long as needed to handle your request and our contact, then delete it. If you ask for deletion, we do so as soon as possible.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these, email info@fincalevante.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
